Arthurs Seat an ancient extinct volcano on the edge of Edinburgh. A wonderful warm red colour the healthy climb to the top gives refreshing views, enjoyed by locals and tourists alike.
The volcano is estimated to be a staggering 250 million years old and is one of seven extinct volcanoes in and around Edinburgh.
It's an enjoyable, energising yet relaxing place to be. People whizzed up and down the rock smiling and greeting each other on the way.
To be centered and energised ancient volcanic rock is the place to be.
