You may notice the man seems light on his feet. He's just married, briskly following his bride up the stairs for a celebratory photo shoot beneath the famous Edinburgh Castle seen on the left.

The timing of this photo was incredible. I was in my final minutes in Scotland seeking an original angle to photograph the famous Edinburgh Castle. Which is a challenge as it's well documented and in a tricky location. Dragging all my luggage about with me on a surprisingly hot day.

I paused at the base of the steps and turned to see a gleeful clearly just married couple and photographer bounding towards me. I rapidly snapped a quick one as they flew by and magically captured a more Scottish then Scotland moment! Kilt AND the Castle.

For those bursting with Scottish patriotism, love of Edinburgh, fun and good times.
